Azeus Convene was looking for a Business Development Manager (Software Sales)

Join Azeus Convene as a Business Development Manager (Software Sales). You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by independently achieving sales targets through proactive business development and sales strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Independently achieve sales targets through proactive business development and sales strategies.
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value of our software solutions.
  • Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through targeted outreach, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT software sales in the assigned region.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
  • Experience in selling software to BFSI, Government, Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

  • Educational background in Business Management.
  • Computer Science background is a plus.
