Join Azeus Convene as a Business Development Manager (Software Sales). You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by independently achieving sales targets through proactive business development and sales strategies.
What You'll Do
- Independently achieve sales targets through proactive business development and sales strategies.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value of our software solutions.
- Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through targeted outreach, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT software sales in the assigned region.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
- Experience in selling software to BFSI, Government, Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Educational background in Business Management.
- Computer Science background is a plus.
