US02 Dennemeyer & Co., LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales and revenue by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for Dennemeyer's IP Solutions Business and Dennemeyer & Associates across the region. This hunter-focused role involves owning a territory, generating meetings to win new business, and building brand awareness.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline by actively prospecting, hunting, and initiating relationships with new clients while expanding business with existing accounts.
- Generate leads through cold calling, outreach campaigns, networking, and events; identify and engage appropriate decision-makers within target organizations.
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings to position Dennemeyer’s solutions in a consultative, value-driven manner.
- Drive new logo acquisition and cross-selling opportunities in alignment with territory goals.
- Partner closely with the local Senior Business Development Manager, Regional Head of Sales, Marketing, and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to campaign strategies and demand-generation activities with the Marketing team.
- Support the identification of market potential, trends, commercial models, and innovative approaches to grow regional presence.
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and partners.
- Manage pipeline and activities within CRM (Salesforce).

Nice to Have
- Experience preferably within intellectual property, professional services, or technical sales.
- Experience selling to law firms is a strong plus, particularly within IP or professional services environments.
- University degree preferred; equivalent experience and proven sales track record accepted.
- Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms is an advantage.

Work Mode
This is a 100% remote position open to candidates in the Americas region. The role requires travel of 20-40%.
