MGID is hiring a Business Development Manager focused on programmatic supply partnerships. In this role, you will drive market analysis, targeted prospecting, and deal closure with new suppliers, identifying opportunities for Native, API, and Header Bidding/Prebid projects.
What You'll Do
- Systematically map the market to identify suppliers matching business and technical requirements for API, Native, and Header Bidding projects.
- Initiate selective, high-quality contact with potential partners; present technical capabilities and business value effectively.
- Lead the communication process, negotiate commercial terms, and secure the signing of partnership agreements.
- Ensure a seamless transfer of signed partners to Account Manager and Technical teams for onboarding and integration.
- Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in HubSpot CRM.
- Work closely with the BDM Lead to ensure targeted supply sources align with the department's broader strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3+ years of experience in digital advertising, focusing on business development, lead generation, and partner acquisition.
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape regarding traffic sources, ad formats, and integration types (Native, API, Header Bidding/Prebid, RTB).
- Proven ability to conduct deep market research to identify valid opportunities and traffic sources.
- Ability to identify right decision-makers and tailor pitches to specific potential partners.
- Proven track record of moving opportunities from initial contact to contract negotiation and signing.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and ability to adapt strategies to changing industry trends.
- Advanced English, Fluent Ukrainian.
Nice to Have
- Existing network of contacts within Supply-Side platforms, Ad Networks, Native Traffic sources.
- Experience with OpenRTB standards and Prebid environments.
- Additional language skills.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with the BDM Lead and hand over signed partners to Account Manager and Technical teams.
