Ajax Systems is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our expansion and market presence in the Netherlands. You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships and driving sales growth for our security solutions.
What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Dutch market
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Represent Ajax Systems at industry events and networking functions
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in B2B technology or security sectors
- Deep understanding of the Netherlands business landscape
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from conception to closure
- Fluency in Dutch and English
Work Mode
This role is based locally in the Netherlands. You will operate from one of the key business hubs: Amsterdam, Nijmegen, Eindhoven, Rotterdam, Utrecht, or The Hague.
