TigerData is hiring a Business Development Manager to lead a growing team introducing our PostgreSQL platform to new customers. This is a hands-on, thought leadership role focused on shaping and scaling the outbound sales motion by incorporating AI, modern tools, and automation.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and grow a team of Business Development Representatives.
Build scalable, repeatable outbound processes and playbooks.
Champion AI tools and techniques to enhance team productivity, efficiency and engagement.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to improve lead quality and pipeline efficiency.
Create a world-class first-touch experience for prospective customers.
Foster a strong team culture focused on curiosity, performance, and growth.
Own and report on key metrics such as meetings booked, conversion rates, and outbound ROI.
Recruit, onboard, and develop future outbound talent as we scale.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience leading outbound sales or BDR teams in B2B SaaS.
Are curious about AI and love finding ways to make work more effective (and fun).
Have managed both internal teams and outbound vendor relationships.
Are excited to build; you bring structure to ambiguity and scale to what works.
Are passionate about creating great experiences for both customers and employees.
Believe in coaching through context, metrics, and continuous feedback.
Are a strong communicator who builds trust across departments.
Consistently test, iterate, and adapt quickly, scaling successful initiatives and discontinuing those that are not effective.
English fluency is required.

Nice to Have

Come from a developer tools or infrastructure company, ideally with exposure to databases, data infrastructure, or cloud-native products.
