About the Role

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end outbound initiatives to connect with decision-makers and senior executives in target organizations. Design and execute multi-channel campaigns using email, phone, and LinkedIn to initiate conversations and build rapport. Conduct in-depth research to identify high-potential prospects and tailor outreach with a personalized approach.

Create persuasive sales content and presentations that clearly communicate value and spark interest. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and follow-up readiness. Turn initial cold contacts into warm, engaged conversations through strategic follow-up and insight-driven communication. Represent the company at regional networking events to uncover new business opportunities and expand the pipeline.

Requirements

Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Bring hands-on experience in outreach and lead generation, with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly. Show a natural ability to form meaningful professional relationships and sustain engagement over time.

Be proficient with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools such as Hubspot, Salesloft, Amplemarket, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Exhibit strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and a self-driven attitude. Align with core values including teamwork, continuous improvement, and a global mindset. Thrive in fast-moving environments where autonomy and initiative are expected.
