What You'll Do
Build and nurture relationships with payroll sales representatives, HR professionals, and client account managers to expand the reach of an Earned Wage Access solution. Serve as the primary contact for partner-facing sales efforts, ensuring alignment and long-term collaboration.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to engage and grow your network, maintaining consistent outreach across your channel ecosystem. Support partners with product knowledge, sales tools, and training to improve conversion and adoption.
Develop and test sales strategies, including messaging templates and outreach methods, to determine what drives the best results. Share findings across teams to refine approaches and boost performance.
Identify new market opportunities and shape strategies that increase revenue through partner channels. Monitor sales KPIs, analyze trends, and provide actionable feedback to help partners succeed.
Work closely with marketing to launch co-branded campaigns, coordinate events, and plan trade shows that elevate brand presence. Help design sales collateral and lead educational workshops to strengthen partner capabilities.
Stay informed about industry shifts, competitor activity, and customer insights gathered through partner interactions. Maintain transparent, trust-based communication to support mutual growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in sales or account management roles
- Strong communication skills across digital platforms, presentations, and stakeholder discussions
- Detail-oriented with the ability to balance accuracy and practicality
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. 4–6 times per year for in-person meetings
- Collaborative mindset focused on shared goals and team success
- Proven ability to act quickly and effectively to support client needs
- Ability to draw on past experience in fast-paced, purpose-driven environments
