What You'll Do
Develop and implement tailored account strategies to expand market presence and meet sales goals for radiology systems such as MRI and CT within your assigned region. Cultivate trusted partnerships with key stakeholders including radiologists, hospital executives, and procurement teams to identify operational challenges and clinical requirements.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations that clearly communicate the clinical and operational advantages of advanced imaging solutions. Lead contract negotiations and guide deals to successful closure while adhering to compliance standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, clinical support, and service to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial engagement through post-sale support.
Provide accurate sales projections and share insights on market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitor activity. Maintain a strong grasp of evolving technologies and industry developments in diagnostic imaging to remain a knowledgeable resource for clients and internal partners.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Biomedical Engineering, Medical Imaging, Business Administration, or a related scientific discipline
- Possess demonstrated experience in selling medical devices, with a preference for background in radiology or diagnostic imaging
- Show a consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Have solid knowledge of radiology workflows, clinical applications, and competitive offerings
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, building credibility and trust across clinical and administrative roles
- Demonstrate strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
- Work independently with initiative, while also collaborating within a broader team structure
- Be fluent in both English and Romanian, written and spoken
- Hold a valid driver’s license and be prepared for regular travel throughout Romania
Work Mode
This is a hybrid role with primary locations in Bucharest, Iasi, Brasov, Sibiu, and Targu Mures. Expect a mix of field-based customer visits and local office collaboration, requiring flexibility to travel within the territory.
