The Client Relationship Manager plays a central role in delivering exceptional client service by serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries and support needs. This position ensures clients receive timely, accurate responses and seamless coordination throughout their experience, enabling advisors to concentrate on financial strategy and planning.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will manage all aspects of client interaction, from initial onboarding to ongoing support. You’ll schedule meetings, respond to emails and calls, track action items, and ensure follow-through on client requests. You’ll prepare advisors with necessary documentation and insights ahead of client meetings, then help execute any resulting tasks afterward.
You’ll coordinate account setup, transfers, and document collection, working directly with custodians and third-party providers to process changes accurately and efficiently. You’ll also monitor client accounts for updates or potential issues, flagging key developments to the advisor. Regular communication with clients—through check-ins and event follow-ups—helps maintain engagement and trust.
Accurate record-keeping is essential: you’ll maintain detailed client information across CRM systems, internal portals, and custodial platforms, ensuring all interactions, preferences, and next steps are documented. Throughout, you’ll uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism in all client-related matters.
