As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers reaching out to our platform. Your primary focus will be qualifying inbound inquiries, booking product demonstrations for Account Executives, and guiding prospects through the early stages of the sales journey.
What You'll Do
- Develop deep knowledge of the platform and communicate its value clearly to potential clients.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads, assess their needs, and schedule qualified demos.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff and continuous progression through the sales pipeline.
- Contribute to lead nurturing strategies that strengthen engagement and support long-term conversion.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related function.
- A proactive mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Fluency in both Italian and English is essential.
- A natural curiosity about how fast-moving tech companies operate and a desire to grow alongside one.

- Familiarity with the legal industry is beneficial but not required.

Compensation
On-Target Earnings range from €30,000 to €40,000 annually, including base and performance components. An equity package is also available, aligning your personal growth with the company’s long-term trajectory.
