Tipstat is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth in our IT outsourcing and placement services. In this role, you will develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share, directly engaging with potential clients in the Philippines to understand their needs and tailor solutions that leverage our AI innovation and engineering talent.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the company's value proposition.
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers to enhance the company's reputation and business opportunities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of IT outsourcing and placement services.
Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in business development or sales roles within the software development industry.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to identify market trends and opportunities for growth within the IT outsourcing sector.
Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through innovative business development strategies.
