Appcircle is looking for a Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth in the German market. As a key member of our regional leadership, you will be responsible for identifying and building our customer base while shaping our market presence. You'll join a fast-growing platform scaling up in the mobile CI/CD space.
What You'll Do
- Identify, build, and maintain customer relationships that align with Appcircle’s growth objectives.
- Craft and execute business development strategies to elevate our presence in the German market.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders as part of the leadership team to drive expansion.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and channel partnerships.
- Ability to engage in technical conversations and understand Appcircle’s offerings at a granular level.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly for interactions with engineering managers and executives.
- Experience in lead generation, cold outreach, using relevant tools, and strong network-building skills.
- Self-starter with a highly self-motivated personality to maintain consistent drive as a remote company representative.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple partnerships, teams, and priorities simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the mobile, DevOps, or CI/CD technology space.
- Knowledge of the international market landscape, particularly in mobile technology and SaaS.
