Uptalent.io is hiring a Business Development Manager to own the identification of new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. In this full-time, remote role, you’ll execute both outbound and inbound strategies to acquire clients and nurture them into long-term partners.
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching markets, analyzing trends, and targeting high-value prospects.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from generating and nurturing leads to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers to expand Uptalent.io’s reach.
- Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to refine and optimize growth strategies.
- Work with leadership and operations teams to align growth initiatives with overall company goals.
- Execute cold outreach, personalized emails, and networking campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Develop and implement content marketing, lead nurturing, and referral programs to attract and convert clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for revenue, client acquisition, and market penetration.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or growth roles within B2B services, with a strong record of driving client acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with outbound strategies, including prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship building.
- Ability to create and execute inbound strategies, such as content creation, email campaigns, and lead nurturing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM systems to track and manage pipelines.
- Self-motivated and capable of independently developing and executing growth strategies in a remote-first environment.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of staffing, outsourcing, or remote talent solutions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, such as email automation, SEO, or social media.
