Solenis was looking for a Business Development Manager Floorcare

Solenis is looking for a Business Development Manager for the TASKI floorcare brand, responsible for expanding our presence within high-potential accounts and opening doors in adjacent markets across the London and surrounding areas. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering impactful results.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement account growth strategies tailored to the UK market.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within both existing clients and new prospects.
  • Lead strategic account reviews and coordinate with regional and country teams to drive results.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction across all engagements.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration through Customer Leadership Teams (CLTs).
  • Manage pipeline and forecasting through Salesforce, maintaining clear and accurate data.
  • Act as a TASKI ambassador at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Align TASKI’s solutions with customer needs to deliver impactful, measurable outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Strong commercial insight with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization across multiple countries or functions.
  • Competence with CRM tools such as Salesforce and a data-driven approach to pipeline management.
  • High level of self-motivation, accountability, and results orientation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience ideally in facility management, cleaning solutions, or services.
