Slasify is hiring a part-time Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence across the European market. In this role, you will build a strong pipeline, connect with business owners, and identify strategic opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities that result in new clients across Europe
- Maintain accurate records and reports in our CRM system
- Actively develop and maintain a strong network of small and mid-size business owners within Europe
- Identify and establish potential channel partners and collaborations
- Maintain and/or exceed monthly KPIs specific to the European market
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 4 years of B2B business development experience
- Previous experience in a consultative sales role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong understanding of European business culture and market dynamics
Nice to Have
- B2B business development experience within Europe
- Fluency in a second European language
