Drive Growth in Dublin’s Evolving Market
As a Business Development Manager, you'll lead new business acquisition across Dublin, reporting directly to the General Manager for the UK and Ireland. Your primary focus will be identifying and securing new partnerships through proactive outreach, including cold calling, email engagement, and in-person meetings when needed. You’ll guide prospects from first contact through to onboarding, ensuring alignment between their business goals and our platform’s capabilities.
What You’ll Do
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by engaging decision-makers through phone, email, and social channels
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations to both new leads and existing partners
- Manage the entire sales journey—from prospecting to closing—while maintaining accurate records in the CRM
- Assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions that support their objectives
- Respond promptly to all qualified inbound leads and track outreach outcomes
- Act as the main contact for commercial discussions with partners
- Share insights on market trends and customer feedback to inform strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth partner experience
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of proven B2B sales performance with measurable results
- A self-starter mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to build relationships quickly and sell with confidence
- A natural drive to learn, adapt, and improve continuously
Preferred Experience
- Background in SaaS, digital marketplaces, or payment technologies
- Familiarity with the beauty and wellness sector
- Fluency in English and an additional language
