Yell Ltd is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Field Sales team. You'll be responsible for driving business growth by hunting for new clients, tailoring digital marketing solutions, and managing relationships to help UK businesses reach new goals.
What You'll Do
- Proactively prospect through self-sourced and company-provided leads to open doors to new clients.
- Engage in face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Present, negotiate, and seal deals with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Nurture client relationships and ensure seamless customer experience and account management for up to 12 months post-sale.
- Conduct in-depth data reviews to identify opportunities for growth, boosting client ROI and delivering long-term success.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales).
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections.
- Excellent presentation skills—both verbal and written.
- A full UK driving license with no more than 6 points.
Nice to Have
- Experience in solution selling or SaaS.
