Prime Systems Solutions is hiring a Business Development Manager to spearhead outbound sales and client acquisition. In this strategic remote role, you will leverage your 6+ years of experience to generate leads, build a robust sales pipeline with U.S.-based clients, and contribute to our growth.
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a focus on the U.S. market.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling, lead generation, and outreach to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align strategies and ensure seamless pipeline flow.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including calls, emails, appointments set, and pipeline activity.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing U.S. clients to foster long-term growth.
- Ensure CRM systems are updated accurately and used to track activity and inform data-driven decisions.
- Maintain high-quality, professional communication standards in all client interactions.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a related field.
- Proven success in cold calling, lead generation, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Recent, hands-on experience working with U.S.-based clients and understanding of U.S. business culture.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM tools (e.g., AutoTask, HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
- Available to work full-time on Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Ability to provide suggestions for CRM optimization and recommend effective tools or processes to improve business development effectiveness.
