Yell Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Field Sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving new business growth through proactive prospecting and selling our digital marketing solutions. You will be responsible for hunting new business, tailoring solutions, closing deals, and managing client relationships for up to 12 months post-sale.
What You'll Do
- Proactively prospect through self-sourced and company-provided leads to open doors to new clients.
- Engage in face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Present, negotiate, and seal deals with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Nurture relationships and ensure a seamless customer experience with consistent account management for up to 12 months post-sale.
- Conduct in-depth data reviews to identify opportunities for growth, boosting client ROI and delivering long-term success.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales).
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections.
- Excellent presentation skills—both verbal and written.
- A full UK driving license is required with no more than 6 points.
Nice to Have
- Experience in solution selling or SaaS.
