Yell Ltd is hiring a Business Development Manager for our Field Sales team in Newport. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by hunting for new business, tailoring digital marketing solutions, and closing deals. You will manage client relationships and analyze data to boost client ROI.
What You'll Do
- Proactively prospect for new business through self-sourced and company-provided leads.
- Engage in face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Present, negotiate, and close deals with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Nurture client relationships and ensure a seamless customer experience for up to 12 months post-sale.
- Conduct in-depth data reviews to identify opportunities for growth and deliver long-term client success.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales).
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections.
- Excellent presentation skills—both verbal and written.
- A full UK driving license is required with no more than 6 points.
Nice to Have
- Experience in solution selling or SaaS.
