FP Markets is hiring a Business Development Manager - Arabic speaker (MENA region) - Remote

About the Role

FP Markets seeks a Business Development Manager to develop and expand our presence in the MENA region. This remote role focuses on leveraging your industry knowledge and language skills to drive growth for our multi-regulated CFD brokerage.

What You'll Do

  • Develop the MENA market by converting leads into clients and establishing business relationships with new partners.
  • Actively hunt for trading professionals on social and professional platforms to engage them as clients or partners.
  • Find effective local marketing channels to promote the company and its products.
  • Assist in onboarding trading clients, Affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other partners.
  • Work closely with marketing and back-office teams to prepare sales and marketing content.
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective partners and work to retain and reactivate clients.
  • Negotiate partnership terms based on existing rebate structures.
  • Assist in monitoring affiliates and partners to optimize their activities and performance to meet KPIs.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis and provide feedback on the customer journey.
  • Enforce a prudent approach and due diligence to the regulatory framework per company policies.
  • Travel to conferences and business meetings where required.

What We're Looking For

  • FX/CFD and online trading industry experience is a must.
  • Experience in a Sales position.
  • Fluent Arabic and English languages knowledge is required.
  • Client-focused with excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence and persuade for a mutually beneficial outcome.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, competitive with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team with a can-do attitude.

Nice to Have

  • Preference towards individuals with working experience or connections in the MENA region.
