About the Role

dormakaba USA is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth through strong partnerships and innovative solutions in access control. You will build collaborative and profitable relationships with customers and installation partners to expand our market reach.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and grow partnerships with a wide range of access control partners.
  • Strengthen existing relationships to expand the indirect sales pipeline.
  • Create, define, and execute a business development plan for your sector or geographical area.
  • Lead the signing up of new partners to the dormakaba Partner Program.
  • Empower partners to actively promote and sell dormakaba solutions.
  • Collaborate with partners on potential projects.
  • Develop your own business leads.
  • Ensure targeted customers are regularly engaged through visits and campaigns.
  • Generate leads and follow up promptly to maximize sales potential.
  • Work closely with the EAD team to coordinate resources across marketing, solution engineering, margin calculation, risk assessment, and quotation production on multiple projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in product or solution selling through a third-party network, such as distributors or installers.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
