Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is hiring a Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales and business development initiatives. This full-time role is an opportunity to contribute directly to our growth and market presence.

What You'll Do

  • Drive business development and sales activities to expand market share.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position. Candidates should be located in or around Philadelphia, PA, or Newark, NJ, to effectively serve those markets.
