About the Role

Samsung Electronics Canada is hiring a Business Development Manager to develop the B2B business for the Professional Display category across the Caribbean. Based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, you will be responsible for building market presence and achieving sales targets for three core product lines: Digital Signage, Hospitality displays, and Outdoor displays.

What You'll Do

  • Increase business revenue by identifying new opportunities via market analysis.
  • Build a foundation for business by establishing relationships with potential customers, analyzing websites, and reviewing requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with end customers and business partners.
  • Position and grow the B2B brand throughout the Caribbean region.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand the professional display portfolio.
  • Travel periodically to support business development activities.
  • Lead business modeling, TAM analysis, proposal execution, and requirements draw-up.
  • Direct analysis of market, technology, competitor, and value chain trends by vertical.
  • Lead scenario reviews and manage targets to convert them into actual business.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Commercial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in sales and account management.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, communication, sales, and marketing.
  • English proficiency at 85%, with a focus on business English.
