Magic Media is looking for a Business Development Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities. Our passion lies in gaming, and our vision is to create and deliver engaging games for our clients. The ideal candidate brings significant experience in the gaming vertical with a proven track record in ex-dev sales and an 'End to End' background.
What You'll Do
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
- Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Find and develop new markets and grow sales.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
- Develop and reach goals whilst driving business growth.
- Help team members develop their skills.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of sales experience in the gaming industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient level of English, oral and written communications skills essential.
- Results oriented with a record of success in meeting deadlines.
- A strong work ethic and a team player attitude with deep commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
