Trucordia is hiring a Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and relationship growth within our automotive insurance division. You will be responsible for expanding our dealership network and driving performance.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and acquire new automotive dealership accounts.
- Forecast objectives for yourself and for dealerships, tracking and monitoring performance.
- Develop F&I product sales and improve overall F&I performance.
- Implement policies and procedures for newly acquired business.
- Conduct sales presentations.
- Conduct dealership staff training for sales, service, and accounting departments.
What We're Looking For
- Two years of F&I, sales manager, or general manager experience.
- Extensive knowledge of automobile dealership operations and processes.
- Excellent presentation, communication (written and verbal), and sales skills.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel with the ability to learn the company CRM.
- Ability to manage extensive travel within an assigned territory with reliable transportation.
- Must be a team player, as well as a self-starter able to work independently.
