Trucordia was looking for a Business Development Manager

Trucordia is hiring a Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and relationship growth within our automotive insurance division. You will be responsible for expanding our dealership network and driving performance.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and acquire new automotive dealership accounts.
  • Forecast objectives for yourself and for dealerships, tracking and monitoring performance.
  • Develop F&I product sales and improve overall F&I performance.
  • Implement policies and procedures for newly acquired business.
  • Conduct sales presentations.
  • Conduct dealership staff training for sales, service, and accounting departments.

What We're Looking For

  • Two years of F&I, sales manager, or general manager experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of automobile dealership operations and processes.
  • Excellent presentation, communication (written and verbal), and sales skills.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel with the ability to learn the company CRM.
  • Ability to manage extensive travel within an assigned territory with reliable transportation.
  • Must be a team player, as well as a self-starter able to work independently.
