HID Global, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, is looking for a Business Development Manager, Healthcare RTLS to drive business development strategy and sales efforts, as well as strategic alliances with key ecosystem providers for our line of RTLS solutions and products.
What You'll Do
- Grow a pipeline of new business while developing new opportunities in current accounts.
- Develop strategic relationships with customers and prospects at different organizational levels to understand specific pain points, requirements, and roadblocks.
- Collaborate with leadership on developing strategic plans to grow new accounts and use cases.
- Collaborate with leadership, product management, partners, and marketing on Go To Market activities.
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and close business against a defined quota.
- Support marketing efforts and speaking engagements at trade shows and industry events.
- Work with the appropriate internal stakeholders and channel partners.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a market-based sales role that achieved or exceeded business growth targets.
- Experience working in a technology industry with an aptitude for understanding technical product details and specifications.
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or University. Candidates with equivalent education plus relevant work experience may also be considered.
