Remote Recruitment is hiring a Business Development Executive to expand our client base across the UK market. You'll be instrumental in acquiring new clients within the accountancy and automotive sectors, ensuring a consistent pipeline of vacancies for our recruitment team. This is a fully remote position with complete flexibility.
What You'll Do
- Proactively source new business opportunities through cold calls and structured outreach to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers in small to mid-sized accountancy firms and automotive businesses.
- Map the market effectively to bypass gatekeepers and connect directly with key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client communications using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to align on client requirements and ensure a seamless handover.
- Stay informed about hiring trends within the finance and automotive sectors.
- Follow up on warm leads and referrals in a timely and professional manner.
- Represent the company with integrity, ensuring honesty and reliability in all client dealings.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience.
- Strong cold-calling skills with the ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Access to a laptop, reliable internet connection, and a quiet home working environment.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in recruitment, software, or financial services.
- Knowledge of the UK finance and/or automotive sectors.
