Remote Recruitment was looking for a Business Development Executive - Client Acquisition (UK Market)

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Business Development Executive to expand our client base across the UK market. You'll be instrumental in acquiring new clients within the accountancy and automotive sectors, ensuring a consistent pipeline of vacancies for our recruitment team. This is a fully remote position with complete flexibility.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively source new business opportunities through cold calls and structured outreach to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers in small to mid-sized accountancy firms and automotive businesses.
  • Map the market effectively to bypass gatekeepers and connect directly with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client communications using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to align on client requirements and ensure a seamless handover.
  • Stay informed about hiring trends within the finance and automotive sectors.
  • Follow up on warm leads and referrals in a timely and professional manner.
  • Represent the company with integrity, ensuring honesty and reliability in all client dealings.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Strong cold-calling skills with the ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
  • Access to a laptop, reliable internet connection, and a quiet home working environment.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in recruitment, software, or financial services.
  • Knowledge of the UK finance and/or automotive sectors.
