Axalta is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to lead our growth initiatives in North Vietnam. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and building strategic relationships with distributors and body shops, with performance measured by achieving annual sales budget targets in volume and revenue.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify new business opportunities in the North Region.
- Prospect potential customers including Distributors and Independent/OEM Body Shops via cold calls, networking, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-value leads to promote Axalta products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Distributors.
- Support Distributors in expanding their distribution coverage in the responsible area.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address customer needs.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with Distributors to establish and execute annual targets.
- Monitor and advise on the execution of sale policy by distributors.
- Complete other tasks and projects according to the annual goals of the Vietnam team.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering with strong business acumen.
- Strong sales competency and demonstrated negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated business acumen and financial acumen.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Excellent networking capabilities.
- High capability of working independently with limited supervision.
- Computer literacy: MS Office is a must, experience with SFDC.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Ability to identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on their business needs.
