OneOncology is looking for a Business Development Director to drive new growth by acquiring oncology practices in existing markets. Reporting to the Vice President of Development, you will be the face of the company to physician leaders, sourcing opportunities and owning relationships from first contact through integration into our patient-centric, physician-driven model.
What You'll Do
- Drive new market development efforts, including acquiring new physician practices, local market partnerships, and ancillary services.
- Engage regularly with physician leaders nationally, serving as the face of OneOncology.
- Work cross-functionally with Due Diligence, Operations, and Legal teams to drive the transaction process from first communication to integration.
- Work with cross functional teams on market/industry research and analysis, including target and competitive landscaping.
- Work with cross functional teams to identify, execute, and refine market strategies for new and existing markets to support growth.
- Prepare and present pipeline and growth strategies regularly to internal leadership.
- Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnerships with external organizations and support ad hoc projects.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of healthcare sales and/or M&A experience
- Healthcare physician practice management experience
Nice to Have
- MBA
- Oncology experience

Work Mode
This role operates in a local city context. The Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area is preferred.
