HireHawk was looking for a Business Development Coordinator (Remote)

HireHawk is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support our Business Development team by ensuring no opportunity gets lost. You will turn interest into conversations and conversations into partnerships by managing outreach follow-ups, coordinating meetings, and keeping our pipeline clean and active.

What You'll Do

  • Schedule qualified calls with prospective clients
  • Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
  • Coordinate calendars and meeting logistics
  • Ensure prospects show up prepared
  • Send follow-ups via email and LinkedIn
  • Track replies and next steps
  • Keep communication timely and professional
  • Maintain consistent touchpoints with prospects
  • Update lead stages in CRM
  • Maintain organized notes and activity logs
  • Keep the pipeline accurate and clean
  • Flag stalled opportunities
  • Support the BD team with daily pipeline organization
  • Identify patterns affecting booking rates
  • Suggest improvements to follow-up workflows
  • Help improve booking efficiency over time
