The Quality Group (TQG) is hiring a Business Development Coordinator

About the Role

This role supports business growth by identifying new opportunities, coordinating outreach activities, and working cross-functionally to strengthen client relationships and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
  • Support the development and execution of outreach strategies
  • Coordinate marketing and lead generation campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and outcomes
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts
  • Track and report on key performance metrics for development activities
  • Schedule and prepare for client meetings and follow-ups
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Help manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Organize and support participation in networking events
  • Update and manage CRM data with attention to detail
  • Draft communication materials for external audiences
  • Monitor market developments to inform strategic planning
  • Support contract negotiation processes with internal teams
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries
  • Assist in onboarding new clients post-sale
  • Contribute to quarterly business planning sessions
  • Maintain compliance with company policies in all outreach efforts
  • Provide administrative support for business development initiatives
  • Coordinate internal resources for client-facing projects
  • Respond to client questions during pre-sales phase
  • Track campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Assist in refining messaging based on feedback
  • Support cross-departmental collaboration to enhance service delivery
