- Organize and support participation in networking events
- Update and manage CRM data with attention to detail

- Monitor market developments to inform strategic planning
- Support contract negotiation processes with internal teams
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries
- Assist in onboarding new clients post-sale
- Contribute to quarterly business planning sessions
- Maintain compliance with company policies in all outreach efforts
- Provide administrative support for business development initiatives
