Tangible is seeking a Business Development Associate to play a key role in driving our growth across Canada. In this highly external, people-first position, you will be at the center of industry activity, building relationships and generating demand. You will represent our fast-growing, tech-driven company that combines deep sector expertise with modern infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Own sales and business development across LPs and GPs, including family offices, pensions, endowments, foundations, wealth managers, and RIAs.
- Attend conferences, roadshows, and industry events regularly to build relationships and source opportunities.
- Proactively generate leads through cold outreach, calls, emails, LinkedIn, warm introductions, and networking.
- Act as a visible representative of Tangible in the market and at industry events.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline from first conversation through close.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams on positioning, messaging, and strategy.
- Maintain strong organization and discipline around pipeline, follow-ups, and activity tracking.
- Use data and insight to continuously refine outreach and sales approach.
What We're Looking For
- 4-6 years of experience in sales, particularly in the US market.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and initiating conversations with senior decision-makers.
- Enjoys travel and thrives in external, client-facing environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to LPs, GPs, or institutional allocators (family offices, pensions, endowments, foundations, wealth managers, RIAs).
- If you are licensed or willing to pursue licensing, that is a plus.
Team & Environment
You will work alongside a team of 11-50 employees, including engineers, ex-bankers, and startup superstars.

This is a local-country position based in Canada.
