What You'll Do
Take ownership of identifying and securing exclusive hotel deals throughout Thailand, negotiating terms that align with business objectives and drive revenue. You'll design promotional campaigns in close collaboration with marketing and content teams to ensure maximum impact and performance.
Monitor regional market dynamics and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities for expansion and differentiation. Maintain consistent communication with existing hotel partners through regular check-ins and strategic discussions to strengthen long-term relationships.
Actively grow our network by approaching and onboarding new properties, presenting the value proposition of partnership, and integrating them into the platform’s offering.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sourcing, or contract negotiation within the travel, hospitality, or related industries
- Strong understanding of the Thai hotel market and regional travel trends
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, content, and operations teams
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Based in Bangkok, Thailand, with availability for local meetings and calls
