Grow Therapy is looking for a Business Data Analyst to play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will partner with business leaders to scope, design, and build analytical tools and metrics that drive strategic and operational decisions.
What You'll Do
- Scope, design, build, and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and data models to enable self-service access to key metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across teams.
- Enable business leaders to make data-driven decisions by translating their needs into the appropriate analytical tools and metrics.
- Elicit and synthesize data-driven insights into clear narratives and recommendations that influence decision-making.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in BI or data analytics at a high-growth startup or tech company.
- Advanced-level SQL skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, DBT, Looker, Hex, and Retool.
- Ability to translate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present to executives, business leaders, engineers, PMs, and peers.
- Mission-driven and collaborative team player.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment and able to pivot as new priorities emerge.
Nice to Have
- Experience solving data problems in a healthcare-related field (e.g., RCM, provider operations, value-based care, health tech SaaS).

- Compensation: Hybrid Commitment: $102,000–$114,000 USD Annually. Fully Remote Commitment: $85,000–$95,000 USD Annually.
