Grow Therapy is hiring a Lead Insights Analyst, Customer Insights to improve the holistic customer experience across all company touchpoints. In this role on our Business Operations team, you will surface, size, and prioritize opportunities to improve both customer satisfaction and key business outcomes through data analysis and insight synthesis.
What You'll Do
- Analyze customer sentiment data from internal users and external audiences to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Pull internal data across different sources to size the impact on key performance indicators.
- Create presentations that combine quantitative findings with qualitative insights.
- Work with Business Operations stakeholders to identify key questions, translate them into project plans, and share findings and recommendations.
- Drive improvements in the end-to-end, holistic customer experience across Grow Therapy touchpoints.
- Surface, size, and prioritize opportunities that meaningfully improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes, including client/provider sentiment, touchpoint satisfaction, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in an analytical role.
- Intermediate SQL skills.
- Some experience with dashboarding software.
- Strong skillset in building presentations, visualizing data, and synthesizing insights across different sources.
- Experience working with projects that use data to drive improvements in customer experiences.
Nice to Have
- Healthcare experience in either the patient, provider, or payor spaces.
- Experience working with survey data, including dashboarding longitudinal survey data.
- Experience with process/journey mapping, stakeholder ideation and design thinking workshop facilitation, survey methodology, or conducting primary research with customers.
- Background in quantitative UX research and insights (with a strong SQL skillset) OR a background in data analytics with strong presentation and communication skills.

- Compensation: Hybrid Commitment: $152,000–$177,000 USD Annually. Fully Remote Commitment: $127,000–$148,000 USD Annually. + equity opportunities.
