Responsibilities
- Champions organization-wide Power BI implementation, tracking adoption rates and managing asset inventories for IT and operations teams
- Produces insightful All Hands and Quarterly Business Review materials by directing data compilation, crafting data stories, and guiding team interpretation of performance trends
- Collects and confirms business and technical needs to define project boundaries, objectives, and success metrics
- Evaluates requirements for accuracy, clarity, alignment, practicality, and adherence to established standards
- Converts high-level user needs into detailed functional specifications understandable by technical teams
- Develops process flows, system models, and visual documentation to guide development teams
- Transforms user input into actionable technical alternatives and presents them to business leaders
- Tracks requirement status across project phases and adjusts scope documentation as needed
- Keeps project leads, sponsors, and stakeholders informed of requirement changes, improvements, and revisions
- Organizes and oversees user acceptance testing activities
- Evaluates IT service delivery against agreed service-level agreements with business units
- Assesses current requirements-gathering methods for performance and efficiency, identifying improvement areas and measuring gains
- Ensures system integrity by creating and revising operational procedures
- Supports end users through documentation, help desk assistance, and training programs
- Collaborates to refine business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions
