What You'll Do
Shape the analytics foundation for clinical operations by working closely with product, engineering, and clinical teams. You'll assess product performance through rigorous analysis, design and evaluate feature experiments, and contribute to strategic planning with data-driven insights.
Lead initiatives that span product functionality, member engagement, clinical results, and business performance. Conduct in-depth investigations to identify root causes behind key trends in user behavior and health outcomes. Collaborate across departments to refine data collection practices and ensure metrics are accurately tracked and interpreted.
Drive improvements in data maturity by developing scalable models, establishing best practices, and enabling self-service analytics through AI-enhanced tools. Help elevate how stakeholders access and interpret data across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years in data analysis, product analytics, analytics engineering, or a related quantitative role
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in data modeling
- Proven ability to design and interpret A/B tests, including proper setup, power calculations, and result analysis
- Strong visualization and communication skills, capable of translating technical findings for executive audiences
- Familiarity with core statistical concepts such as distributions, confidence intervals, and averages
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to validate data quality efficiently
- Self-directed and able to progress projects with limited oversight
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another technical field

Work Mode
This role is hybrid, based in Bengaluru, requiring three days per week in the office. Due to coordination with teams in San Francisco, candidates should be available for meetings during late evening hours in India Standard Time.
