RTX Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, S/4 HANA Data & Analytics to lead critical data activities for our enterprise-wide transformation. You will be a key leader within the oneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation (PST) initiative, driving the data and analytics strategy for our migration to SAP S/4 HANA.

What You'll Do

Lead data and analytics activities across process workstreams for the oneRTX:PST initiative.
Partner with leaders and SMEs across workstreams, functions, and businesses to develop and execute data and analytics strategy.
Implement strategy and collaborate with digital teams to complete data and analytics requirements and design.
Act as Subject Matter Expert in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) to support design, preparation, and validation of the future data model.
Lead testing and validation of migrated data through data migration activities.
Ensure data migration meets internal control expectations and provides a robust audit trail.
Govern data to enable reliability, security, and appropriate access restrictions.
Support process readiness activities across workstreams for operational execution post go-live.
Work cross-functionally with Boundary Applications teams to ensure applications and automation processes are tested and ready.
Support post go-live activities related to boundary applications and automations.
Apply a continuous improvement mindset using the CORE Operating System.
Travel up to 25% to lead or participate in workshops and meetings.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 10+ years of data management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), Finance, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of work experience and schooling.
Advanced understanding of data governance, data quality, data modelling, and functional data usage in ERP environments, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
Skilled at leading and facilitating data workshops, creating data models, conducting data profiling and analysis, and engaging stakeholders.
Experience with large-scale data projects, including data readiness and validation activities across multiple business units within complex organizations.

Nice to Have

Functional experience with data in Record to Report, Source to Pay, and Opportunity to Cash Workstreams.
Experience with prior SAP, ECC, or S/4 implementations or other enterprise system implementation projects.
Proficient in the use of data modelling and reporting tools such as Power BI, Business Warehouse, and Snowflake.
Advanced CORE experience as a Champion or Professional or Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt Certifications.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
