Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a contemporary data infrastructure (Snowflake + dbt + Power BI) to provide reliable, scalable data models and dashboards, fostering self-service analytics, data-driven decisions, and AI readiness.
- Create and maintain an efficient, reliable analytics infrastructure that can scale with the business.
- Provide company leaders with the necessary insights to grow their teams and achieve objectives.
- Establish consistent, reliable definitions for key SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, retention, pipeline, etc.).
- Enhance reliability and minimize data issues through testing, documentation, and monitoring.
