What You'll Do
Design and maintain a unified data model in Snowflake using production-grade dbt practices, ensuring it scales with business needs. Develop datasets that serve as the definitive source for KPIs and business decisions across product, growth, and leadership teams.
Define and enforce modeling standards, metric definitions, and data governance frameworks to support long-term scalability. Work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure event data is accurate, consistent, and well-instrumented from the start.
Build and manage data ingestion pipelines using tools like Fivetran to bring in new strategic sources. Create data marts and dashboards in Looker that empower non-technical teams to explore insights independently.
Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape product direction and go-to-market strategies. Implement testing, monitoring, and anomaly detection systems to maintain data integrity and trust. Reduce repetitive requests by building reusable, durable data assets that increase efficiency across the organization.
