SEI Investments Company is looking for a Business Analyst to serve as a dedicated resource within the alternative investment fund services department. In this role, you will assist with internal and external client solutions and provide exceptional accounting and administration servicing for clients' assigned alternative investment funds.
What You'll Do
- Act as a liaison between Operations, Solutions, Product, and Development teams to identify, develop, and implement product and technology solutions.
- Document and implement business and functional product requirements.
- Educate operations teams on products and solutions.
- Maintain a general understanding of various businesses, client businesses, and the financial services industry.
- Apply creative problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and improve processes.
- Attend professional development sessions to acquire tools for identifying processes across the division and organization.
What We're Looking For
- A BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Experience with alternative investment systems.
- Hands-on experience and proficiency in Advent Geneva.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Self-motivation, organization, and drive to complete multiple deliverables on time without sacrificing quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
