US Anesthesia Partners, Inc. is looking for a Business Analyst to conduct analytical studies that define problems and improve solutions impacting enterprise effectiveness. You will collaborate with users to define requirements for system enhancements and new functionalities, driving process improvements and revenue savings through automation.
What You'll Do
- Pull interdepartmental teams together across varying skillsets to come to decisions and partner to improve processes and metrics.
- Understand organizational impacts of business decisions and align department goals accordingly.
- Maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with Analytics to create and maintain Digital Transformation reporting.
- Assist with projects including business requirements for automation support, testing, and reporting/analytics.
- Work with IT Platform Development team to monitor automation performance and maintain existing automations.
- Analyze multiple data sets and find trends.
- Work with the support team to enhance automation processes.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for existing automations.
- Identify opportunities for improvement on existing automations.
- Identify data integrity issues and suggest solutions.
- Assist with design documents to automate business requirements/processes.
- Assist with creating process definitions and current/future state process maps for automation.
- Communicate and present findings to managers and executives.
- Facilitate meetings to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Work with the Training team for training on new processes.
- Correspond with IT regarding technical needs and interpret trends for business owners.
- Turn complex concepts into simple language.
- Work on multiple projects across different data sets and on multiple deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required (extensive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management and/or process improvement may be substituted).
- Must be self-motivated and have critical thinking skills.
- Must be detail oriented and be able to learn and adapt quickly.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
- Self-motivated, team player, with a sense of autonomy, initiative, and responsibility.
- Comfortable interacting and presenting findings to senior management.
Nice to Have
- Business analysis experience preferred.
- Experience with reporting tools an asset.
- Experience in revenue cycle management a plus.
- Experience with Athena IDX (Centricity Business).

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $66,900 - $113,700 annually.
Work Mode
This position is open to candidates in the United States, excluding California, Hawaii, and Alaska.
