This role focuses on transforming intricate care performance and customer sentiment data into clear, strategic direction for executive leadership. By analyzing NPS scores, operational outcomes, and external benchmarks, the manager identifies meaningful patterns, risks, and opportunities that influence how care strategies evolve over time.
Core Responsibilities
- Convert complex quantitative and qualitative data into executive-ready insights that inform decision pathways, recommended actions, and projected impacts.
- Integrate NPS, performance metrics, and industry comparisons to uncover shifts in care experience and service effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional programs tied to care quality, sentiment tracking, and organizational readiness, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Monitor progress across key initiatives, maintain trackers, and support leadership reviews and external evaluations.
- Collaborate with Analytics, Data, and Product teams to refine dashboards and reporting tools that measure care performance.
- Establish and manage KPI frameworks, ensuring data integrity and surfacing root causes behind performance trends.
- Train stakeholders on dashboard use, interpretation, and how to translate signals into operational actions.
- Prepare analyses and materials for leadership forums, strategic planning sessions, and executive briefings.
- Develop long-term performance views, scenario models, and trend reports to support organizational planning.
- Produce narrative summaries, decision records, and follow-up plans from leadership retreats and roadshows.
- Assess organizational readiness and prepare concise briefings for key stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation of initiative status, outcomes, and action items.
- Apply emerging AI tools to enhance analytical workflows and insight delivery.
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, economics, healthcare administration, or a related field, along with six or more years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, or operations—ideally within healthcare or SaaS environments. Proven success in developing executive-level reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations is essential. The role demands strong analytical reasoning, storytelling ability, and experience influencing stakeholders across teams without direct authority.
Proficiency with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is required, along with experience working with large datasets. Familiarity with NPS, customer experience measurement, and performance frameworks is important. Strong program management, organizational, and communication skills are critical, especially in crafting presentations for senior leaders.
An advanced degree is valued but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $154,000, with eligibility for variable compensation, annual discretionary bonuses, and equity plans.
