As the Lead Business Analytics & Reporting Analyst, you will guide the design and execution of analytics projects that improve service delivery, productivity, and operational efficiency. You will serve as a key contributor to high-impact initiatives, translating complex data into actionable insights that shape business strategy and performance.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver sophisticated reports and analytical models to support strategic planning, financial analysis, and workflow optimization
- Develop interactive dashboards in Power BI, enabling stakeholders to monitor performance and uncover trends through intuitive data visualizations
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities, then communicate findings through reports, presentations, and documentation
- Lead the improvement and creation of reporting processes, including automation and tool development to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
- Support audits and compliance activities, including user access reviews and control testing, while maintaining internal standards
- Advise on system implementations, product changes, and regulatory updates, coordinating with technology and business partners to ensure smooth deployment
- Present data-driven recommendations to leadership, supporting informed decision-making across departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant business experience, or a combined total of 8 years of education and professional experience in lieu of a degree
- Proven expertise in Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and visualization best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, strategic insights
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives and managing project lifecycles
- Familiarity with automation tools and procedural documentation to support scalable reporting solutions
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
