What You'll Do
Take ownership of Power BI dashboards that track engineering and business performance, ensuring they deliver timely, accurate insights. Develop reporting that goes beyond numbers—identify variances from budget, uncover underlying causes, and recommend concrete actions to improve outcomes.
Support commercial quoting by reviewing financial inputs, validating logic, and ensuring alignment with established methodologies. Evaluate key business cases to maintain transparency and support informed decision-making at the leadership level.
Lead initiatives to improve profitability through cost optimization, margin analysis, and efficient resource allocation. Collaborate with Engineering and Program Management teams to assess KPIs, workload distribution, and the financial impact of design or process changes.
Produce monthly reporting packages and respond to ad-hoc analytical requests, translating complex data into structured, easy-to-digest summaries for executives.
Requirements
Hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Demonstrate hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards tailored for management review and performance tracking.
Bring solid background in financial evaluation, cost modeling, and business quoting processes. Show a track record of applying strong analytical judgment and confidently questioning assumptions in cross-functional settings.
Work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively, and maintain high precision under pressure. Communicate complex financial topics clearly and concisely, with a structured approach to storytelling and presentation.
