A Business Analyst is required to join a global technology and services team based in Bangalore. The role centers on delivering Salesforce solutions through detailed requirements analysis, process modeling, and functional configuration. You will work closely with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into actionable user stories using behaviour-driven development techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and documentation for requirements workshops, ensuring clear follow-up actions
- Develop and interpret business process models using BPMN standards
- Write clear, testable user stories using Gherkin syntax and BDD practices
- Configure Salesforce components according to approved designs
- Ensure compliance with architectural and design guidelines
- Perform unit testing and manage task delivery to meet deadlines
- Maintain up-to-date certifications and complete required training
- Contribute to backlog refinement and risk identification
- Engage in firm-led initiatives beyond client-facing delivery
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, technology, or a related field. Required certifications include Salesforce Platform Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant. A minimum of five years of experience in the Consumer Goods industry is essential, with direct exposure to retail execution, trade promotions, distributor and channel management, route-to-market strategies, and sales workflows.
Professional consulting experience in large enterprise environments is expected. Preferred qualifications include SAFe, Product Owner, or Business Analyst certifications. Familiarity with cloud, on-premises, and enterprise architecture models is necessary.
