NTT DATA is hiring a Business Analyst for our team in Bangalore, India. In this role as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for requirements gathering, process mapping, Salesforce configuration, and contributing to solution architecture, specifically within the Consumer Goods industry. What You'll Do
- Assist in preparing for and documenting requirements gathering workshops.
- Assist in creating and interpreting process maps, including those using BPMN.
- Write user stories using a behavior-driven development (BDD) approach and gherkin notation.
- Configure Salesforce components as per documented design.
- Comply with design standards, perform unit testing, and actively manage assigned tasks to ensure quality completion by or before their due dates.
- Complete mandatory training and maintain certification levels.
- Participate in NTT DATA added value activities outside regular client work.
- Identify and raise potential project risks.
- Assist in managing project backlogs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, information systems, technology, or a related discipline.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator.
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
- Professional consulting and functional delivery experience within a large-scale enterprise or technology services environment.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working in or supporting the Consumer Goods industry, with exposure to areas such as retail execution, trade promotion processes, route-to-market models, distributor and channel management, and consumer goods sales workflows.
Nice to Have
- SAFe, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar certifications.
