As a System Integration Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping how new clients are onboarded into our logistics and fulfillment ecosystem. Your primary responsibility will be to interpret client needs and transform them into efficient, scalable operational workflows across warehouse, order, and transportation management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end integration processes for new clients, ensuring alignment with fulfillment capabilities
- Convert business requirements into detailed system configurations, process flows, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with IT and integration specialists to define data mappings, EDI specifications, and API connections
- Map and document core processes including order processing, inventory control, shipping, returns, and billing cycles
- Identify operational risks and inefficiencies during implementation and recommend practical, scalable improvements
- Support testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing, go-live preparation, and post-launch support
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process models, SOPs, and training resources
- Act as a bridge between client stakeholders, operations teams, and technical developers to resolve integration challenges
- Monitor system performance after deployment and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability
- Ensure all processes meet service level agreements, client expectations, and internal quality benchmarks
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline, with demonstrated experience in logistics operations, process design, or system implementation projects. A solid grasp of fulfillment workflows and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions is essential.
Strong analytical thinking, clear documentation practices, and effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences are critical. Familiarity with WMS, OMS, TMS, or ERP platforms is preferred, as is experience with EDI, APIs, and data mapping in a 3PL or e-commerce environment.
Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or project management related to client onboarding will strengthen your application. This role requires occasional travel and time spent in both office and warehouse settings, supporting cross-functional collaboration and client engagement.
