Hudl is hiring a Brand Sales Partner to develop new business opportunities with Fortune 500 brands and agencies. You will create and sell packages that combine media, content and creative services to help brands connect with fans through sports.
What You'll Do
- Drive new business opportunities across assigned categories of Fortune 500 brands, agencies and territories.
- Develop and sell packages that include media, content and creative services for brands and agencies to engage fans.
- Build relationships with internal and external teams to effectively package and sell media, sponsorships, and content to partners.
- Access and close business with executive leadership.
- Identify opportunities to sell and use negotiation skills to influence decision-makers.
- Build a pipeline and maintain self-discipline to hit goals.
- Keep documentation of multiple deal statuses and bring insights from the market back to the team.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in Media Ad sales and/or brand sales partnerships roles.
- Agency media sales experience.
- Established client-direct and agency contacts in several of the following verticals: CPG, retail/apparel, QSR, financial services, automotive, technology and/or entertainment.
- Proactive mindset to reimagine how to support new deals.
- Relationship-driven with ability to build relationships with internal and external teams.
- Proven ability to access and close business with executive leadership.
- Expertise at closing deals and using negotiation skills to influence decision-makers.
Nice to Have
- Growth mindset to scale with the company.
- CRM literacy, specifically familiarity with Salesforce.
- Self-disciplined to hit goals and negotiate at a high level.
