EXUS AI Labs, the R&D division of EXUS, is looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist to build our brand presence, awareness, and credibility across priority markets. Your work will ensure the company is visible, trusted, and recognizable before sales engagement begins.
What You'll Do
- Own EXUS brand positioning and narrative across all channels.
- Lead brand awareness initiatives and campaigns.
- Create and manage LinkedIn content strategy for company and leadership.
- Develop thought leadership content including articles, interviews, PR pieces, videos, podcasts, and industry commentary.
- Manage PR activities and external publications.
- Position EXUS experts as industry thought leaders.
- Drive employer branding initiatives including cultural storytelling and talent attraction content.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing on campaigns and approvals.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B Marketing, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS.
- Proven experience owning brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Brand marketing experience.
- Strong content and storytelling skills.
- Strong project management skills, with ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Experience with LinkedIn and executive-level positioning.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability.
- Ability to balance creativity with strategic brand objectives.
